For Bags Also NO RETURN or REFUND accepted. We dispatch each and every piece after 7 steps of Quality Checks. Still if Customer will get any product with manufacturing defects Then He/ She has to contact within 24 hours from the time of product received by sending us messages and pictures on our whats app number ONLY.
What is the time limit for exchange?
According to our Return and Refund Policy Item eligible for only exchange only for 24 hours from the date and time of delivery in accordance of our terms and conditions.. We have no policy of return. We can only exchange the item only in case of any manufacturing defect or delivery damage.
How many time one item can be exchanged?
One item can eligible for exchange only once with 24 hours. We work under “One exchange policy.” If any exchange has been processed once for a single item then it will not be return or exchanged.
Return and Refund Policy – Only Exchange No Refund / Exchange Policy;
The item for exchange must be unused as the tags and labels should not be removed. Exists within its original packaging. Item with removed tags or damaged its original packaging cannot be exchanged. Derben Clove reserve a full right to complete the quality checks thoroughly of the item so that the item can be repaired and can be resalable.
When an item ordered from our website it will charge only a minimal delivery charges. But in case of exchange we will authorize each and every item is eligible for exchange or not. For sending back the item to us the courier charges will be completely customer bearable. Then again when we dispatch the exchanged product in that case customer should have to pay the minimal courier charges. We take this minimal courier charges are same for all over India. In all these courier transaction no amount will be reimbursed.
- Once you get the product. Just check it and if in case of damage send an email along with pictures to our email id within 24 hours ONLY. The exchange email without pictures cannot be considered for exchange. This email with damaged product picture should be send us within 24 hours of item received.
- Once we got the email we will insure that there is no damage by customer happened and the item is unused.
- Once we get the email we will verify the pictures and investigate about whether the damage happened while courier shipment on way by mishandling the product packet.
- Once all the above process completed we will send you the notification to send the packet back to us bearing all the courier charges.
- Once we get the product we will make sure that the product got damage by courier ONLY. We will then send you the notification that your item has been dispatched.
- We will then dispatch your item.
- This exchange process can be done only once for one item.
RETURN or REFUND PROCESS:
We have not return or refund policy. As our items are imitation jewelery. SO they can only be exchanged in case of courier Damage ONLY.
ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURN, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED:
Item which are delivered to customers perfectly without any damage is not eligible for any return, refund or exchange.
Who PAYS the Return courier charges?
The Return Courier Charges Is Paid by Customer Only.
EXCHANGE ABUSE CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reasons other than manufacturing defect is a privilege offered to the customers. If while this whole exchange process if any customer tracked to be abusing then the exchange will automatically cancelled.
After getting an order we will send a notification to your registered email id for confirming the order. If we not get the response within 24 hours then the order will automatically get cancelled. As we consider that order as FRAUD ORDER. So Please Do send the order confirmation. This order confirmation can also be send on our whatsapp number given on website.
Also If you want to cancel the order Kindly send us email immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org Once the order has been dispatched then there will be no cancellation. You can modify orders only on our email id only before order dispatch.
In case of any Complaint or disputes you can send the email on email@example.com. ONLY with 2 days from the day of order received.
