The real-time package opening video must showcase the unboxing process from start to finish.The video should clearly display the shipping label on the package as well as the product being unpacked.
Return or Refund Process:
The package opening video serves as verification of the condition of the product upon receipt and helps prevent fraudulent claims.If a customer wishes to initiate a return or refund, they must submit the package opening video along with their request.
Failure to Provide Package Opening Video:
If a customer fails to provide the required package opening video, the product will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.This policy ensures that all return or refund requests are handled fairly and in accordance with our guidelines.

We offer a 1 DAY RETURN/REFUND POLICY AND EXCHANGE for jewelry items. If you wish to exchange or return a jewelry item, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Time Limit for Exchange: Items are eligible for exchange within 1 day from the date and time of delivery. Please ensure that the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Exchange Process: If you receive a jewelry item with manufacturing defects or damage during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp with clear pictures of the damaged item and package opening video. Once verified, we will authorize the exchange process. Please note that the customer bears the courier charges for returning the item to us.
Exchange Abuse Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to cancel exchanges in cases of abuse or misuse of our exchange policy.
Bags:
For bags, we offer a 10 DAYS RETURN OR REFUND POLICY. If you receive a bag with manufacturing defects or damage, please follow these guidelines:
Time Limit for Exchange: Bags are eligible for exchange within 10 days from the date and time of delivery. This applies only in cases of manufacturing defects or delivery damage.
Exchange Process: If you receive a defective bag, please email us within 24 hours with clear pictures of the damage. We will verify the condition of the item and authorize the exchange process. The customer is responsible for bearing the courier charges for returning the item to us.
Return or Refund Process:
Jewelry Items: We have a 1 DAY return or refund policy for jewelry items in case of courier damage only. Items that are delivered without any damage are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Items delivered to customers without any damage or defects are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Order Cancellations:
If we do not receive a response to the order confirmation email within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the order as a precaution against fraud. Orders can also be confirmed via WhatsApp.
